"Inept and unworthy of one a star review. I live out of the country and found myself in need of a doctor. I contacted the office of Shannon Chefett via email the last week of December to verify if she was a covered provider under my plan (UHC). I received no response. I then made three separate phone calls on 12/31/18 and finally on the third attempt, I received confirmation she was a covered provider and an appointment was made for 1/11/19 @ 3:00 p.m. At 5:02 p.m on 1/8/19, I received a phone call from "Alice" notifying me that Dr. Cheffet was NOT a provider under my plan and she was canceling my appointment. Their inadequacy has cost me $500+!"

They are very good at looking at the whole child as opposed to just treating symptoms. Our son receives very comprehensive medical care from Dr. Cheffet and her team. They are great at meeting individual needs and no judgment on any level for any preferences especially about vaccinations. She was very open to any timeline we felt comfortable with as we talked about vaccination options. We feel very good about our sons health care here."
