"Dr. Mortimer let us down in our darkest hours. My child was faced with some major health challenges about a year ago. After having a few consecutive visits with Dr. Mortimer, she became disrespectful and audacious while pretending to care at the same time. She would make insulting judgments against us as parents in front of our child and would raise her voice. I pointed out that her condescending tone was causing a rift between us after every visit. We would leave her office in tears feeling helpless. We moved to another provider within Rady’s but it appeared that Dr. Mortimer had passed on her poor judgment to the new provider as part of her patient’s notes. The new provider started out by repeating Dr. Mortimer’s bogus assumptions which all led to a false diagnosis and harmful recommendations. Luckily we were able to find real help outside of Rady’s and our child is doing well now. Dr. Mortimer’s level of ignorance was surprising, considering her educational background."

"At first observation he may come across a bit dry, sarcastic, but he's very good with children our daughter and oldest son love him. He did our youngest son's circumcision with ease and our baby hardly made a sound. His technique's are simple and effective. He's very knowledgeable in the practice.
