"Do not use Dr. Kimberly Sprague. My children just got switched to Dr. Sprague after their primary care provider switched locations. Didn't even meet her and knew within 15 minutes she isn't a doctor I want my 3 children seeing. Today we had an appointment and there was a car accident on the way. I called 20 minutes before the appointment to tell them we may be a few minutes late due to this. They said as long as I was there by 15 min past the appt time it would be fine. We checked in 14 minutes late, so before the 15 minute mark. At this point I filled out required paperwork (which we had already done online and pre checked in) and 10 minutes later they inform me that Dr. Sprague was refusing to see us. I informed them I called in and was told it would be fine. Didn’t matter, she wouldn’t see us. At the same time, the appointment after us was just sitting in the lobby so there is zero chance we would have been seen by then anyways. Still, didn’t matter… they needed to catch up on their schedule so cut us out. I had to take off work and take my child out of school just to be turned away from something outside of my control. My daughters have been going to this location for more than 4 years, and we have never been brought into our room to see the doctor on time. The receptionist was super apologetic and was just relaying the information. We want nothing more to do with Scripps Santee. We will be changing to a different location."
