"Without a doubt, this in the most poorly run medical facility I have ever been to. I have been here 3 times and each time has been horrible. The staff is beyond useless. All 3 times I have been here the doctor has been from 50-75 mins late for my appt time. The staff billed my insurance wrong on the first visit so they could get extra money. The director promised a full investigation but wont even return calls. The chiropractor did not even make it to my appt. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!"

"On feb 2018 i found i was pregnant with my third baby. I came here at vale terrace women for prenatal check up. Ive called them telling them i have cramps every appointment they told me ligament is streching baby is growing but at i did an ultrasound when i found out [6 werks]i was pregnant there was a heartbeat but at 8 week check up about my pain the man that attended me jack said im measuring at 6 weeks so right away i thought it was not normal..i finally got an appointment when i was supposedly 11 weeks because i complained about pain and estella nicolas attended me she did an ultrasound and said baby at 6 weeks i asked is there a heartbeat..she said my 2 kids were to noisy she can't she told me to reschedule..she didnt answer my questions she just reschedule me for next week so i took it in my len hand and went to the hospital they told me its a miscarriage..my baby died at 6 weeks..it was so tough on me emotionally and physically the assistant manager just seemed not to really care nothing was done it hurt my baby was died in me for almost 6 weeks because some medical staff couldnt really fo their job..maybe if my baby was taken out when it happened i wouldn't be this hurt...worst place..."
