The experience was a nightmare—my car was snatched from a poorly marked zone, and retrieving it was a battle with the most uncooperative and brusque staff imaginable. Their fees? Outrageous! The lack of empathy and the sheer audacity to act as if they were granting me a favor was beyond infuriating. This level of customer service is deplorable and downright predatory. I'll never entrust them with my vehicle again, and I'll be sure to spread the word far and wide to steer clear of their services. What a rip-off!"

"It took 15 minutes for the first flat bed to show up but we had messages before hand we were in a parking structure so it took about 3 hours for the next truck that could get us out to show up. Once they did the guys was super efficient and got us on to the next stop. AAA covered the first 7 miles but the next 8 cost $95."
