"Doctor is on-call at Rancho. 4.5 hours to return a nurses request. If labor was imminent, nurses would be delivering. During 2020, our child was born with COVID 19, passed by mom, Dr Robbins insisted that the mother and father remain 6’ away except when breast feeding, also insisting a mask be worn by mom."
