"Awful. Office is dirty and once in the exam room we had to wait 45 minutes to be seen by Dr. Ali. She rushed in and examined my daughter in less than five minutes. She didn't say hello or introduce herself or ask me any questions about my daughters development. On top of that, my daughter was terrified of her. When I questioned Dr. Ali about what vaccines my daughter was getting that day she didn't explain it in detail and seemed to be in a rush. She left quickly and then we waited 20 more minutes for the nurse to come administer my daughters shots. Afterwards, they didn't even give me a record of the shots she received, I had to ask for it. The staff was not friendly and the entire appointment took TWO HOURS. Never coming back here."

"I love Dr. Ali my children love her. She has always been professional with my family in a caring and motherly way. A bit busy some times and she might forget to call in a prescription or two but other then that she is a awesome Doctor and I highly recommend d her in everyway.."

"Staff is always friendly . Wait times are short and office is neat and clean with separate waiting room for sick patients. You always will receive a call the day before your scheduled app which is always nice . There have been a few times where I have had to walk in with my child and have still been able to be seen. Aleyda front / back office girl is my favorite. Altogether everyone is great. Dr. Ali is warm and gentle with the kids and what I love most is she Listens to your concerns and I trust her decisions ."

"Dr Ali is a aswome doctor i been with her for 3 years and had no problem with her and her staff. There is a new doctor in the office doctor Salhab he is very nice and respectful very professinol. Love this office. The waiting time if at most is 15 min and the staff is aswome. The front office\nurse Aleyda is very kind and sweet. She answered all our questions and she use to be our children nurse and always confort them after there vaccines. My children arent scared of her even if she has pokies. Highly recommend the office. Theres new employees but all very nice and sweet."

"I have been going to Dr. Ali for over 8 years now. All three of my children since they were born have received care through her office. Dr. Ali has always been kind and professional. She has always provided quality care for my children. There is never any hesitation to discuss any concerns I have or to my situation in consideration when making decisions regarding my child's health. She has been there for every child since the day they were born and I am happy with the level of care we have received since that time. Whenever any of children are sick, they can usually get in for same day appointments. If I have a question or a concern, Dr. Ali will often consult with me over the phone despite how busy they may get sometimes. Overall, the doctor and the office staff is very kind, polite, patient, and accommodating when it comes to their patients."
