"Terribel place save your shelf grief. Every time we make a appointment my daughter and i eneded waiting a long time. This the last time! Hello waiting 40 minutes just to be called when i made a appointment. Then a additional 15 minutes inside and btw the over weight tall chick with black curly hair is super rude. All the office staff as well .doctor has terribel bedside manner .i nerver seen doctor. So only her nurse practitioner a Mexican skinny lady whos rude no wonder they have a low rating on here and Yelp."

"I have 7 years experience with this office. Sandra So helped deliver my daughter. In the seven years I've been taking my daughter to this office we have actually seen Dr. So three times. Her staff is always rude, never smile or say hello. The waiting room is always so packed that children are sitting on the floor. I've been sent to urgent care more times then I've gotten an actual appointment. Did I mention how horrible the staff if?! Worst staff I have ever come in contact with. I moved my daughters doctor about three doors down from Sandra So. And will never look back. See ya!!!"

"First let me preface by saying that the few times I've met Dr So she was an absolute pleasure. The mother of my boys has also had similarly pleasant experiences with her, so this negative review isn't about her directly, but rather her office in Chino, CA. My girlfriend and I took our boys to get checked up. One of them being our 1-week old whom was in there for his first checkup. The people were friendly, but the wait was a little long. Not a HUGE deal. Our main problem was with the woman who saw our son (whom we found out later isn't even a doctor). It wasn't Dr. Sandra So, but rather a woman named Abigail Romo. I'll keep things are short as possible. She was incredibly rude to us both. This was the first time I had ever met her, but apparently my girlfriend has has prior negative experiences with her. I was excited to go to my baby's first checkup but this woman made it an incredibly bad experience. We also took our toddler at the same time for a schedule visit because he found a small swollen ball on his neck, so we were obviously concerned. He's a little scared of doctor's offices so naturally he was being a bit difficult. Unfortunately, Abigail Romo wasn't of very much help. She did nothing to try and help my toddler feel at ease. Because of how much he was crying it became increasingly difficult to control him and restrain him while she checked his neck. This, subsequently, made it difficult for Abigail to properly identify the bump on his neck. I could quickly tell that she almost immediately grew frustrated. What the heck?! She's in the profession of helping children with medical needs! Where is her PATIENCE?! She proceeded to give us a very half-assed diagnosis. I was fed up, and so was my girlfriend. We weren't satisfied with "come back in 2 weeks or if it gets bigger or more painful". I demanded to have blood work done just to be on the safe side. She begrudgingly agreed after I continued to insist. She left the room, and after a few minutes had one of the OTHER girls come back in and hand us a piece of paper. Nothing else. We waited again because we didn't know what came next. We're not doctors, we don't know what to do. Finally after about 10 minutes we left the room and asked to see her again because she never properly finished our appointment. As we were talking to another girl in the office, Abigail Romo walks past us and very rudely says 'well what else did you need?' after we told her that we weren't sure if we were done because she left the room without saying anything and didn't even bother asking us if we had any questions. Yes, we had several questions, and we made her stand there (with a very ugly, obviously bothered look on her face) and answer every one of them. Instead of trying to diffuse the clearly bad situation, she decided to have attitude with us as well. I wouldn't be writing this review if we had gotten a very simple "Okay I'm sorry, let's get this straightened out". No, instead she saw that she had 2 very irratte individuals, and rather than being a professional about it, she expressed an obvious attitude towards us as well. This is NOT how you treat people. Especially people whom are on a much lower medical-knowledge level than you are, that have obvious concerns over their children's health. I don't know if Dr. So ever reads these reviews, but if she does I sincerely hope she talks to this woman and gives her a very brief and basic explanation of how you properly treat this. This was a terrible experience and we've already started the process of switching pediatricians."
