Just moving to the area I was hoping to make this place my new primary care facility. Immediately after walking in, the front staff member treated me like a child with the worst condescending attitude one could have. She was extremely mean and rude. I already did not feel good and I almost left. I stayed because I was very sick and needed to be seen. I understand that having low income state assisted insurance means having less access to quality care but as an educated individual I recognize what a disgrace this is for all who take part in feeling superior towards others considered low income. I did let her know I wasn’t happy with how she spoke to me. Ignorance continues to be at the front of low income health care clinics. It’s a definite never coming back for me."
