"Wow, it's low already and I know why. They treat patients differently depending on their insurance. When I had it through covered California, they couldn't be bothered but when I got my insurance through work, they were suddenly in need of all kinds of referrals. The NP is a mess, made my kid develop an eating disorder after he gained a few pounds during Covid, and now they screw up on the schedule and the front office acts like they own the joint. Dr. Chong, get a better staff!"

"I had an appointment this morning for my 5 year old daughter at 9:30am. Unfortunately, I had a state social employee who visited my home 9am randomly and ended up leaving home by 9am. We got to the office by 9:45am and checked in. One of the receptionist with glasses asked my child's name , and told me we were late. I told her unexpected visit happened and unfortunately we were late 15min..she reminded me we were late .ALOT... She told us that we might even have to wait until almost noon to see the doctor.. I explained what happened and that Audrey went to ER twice due to sever flu symptoms and fever and we just wanted to check with doctor really quick.. and this is what the employee said "YOU WERE LATE... There are other kids in line and there's nothing we can do about that" Talk about customer service! She wasn't understanding, she didn't listen, and most importantly, she didn't care. So She went to ask the doctor and I guess they couldn't see me because I was soooooooo late.. and told me repeatedly that since I was late, I couldn't see the doctor. They sent us back and we couldn't see the doctor, even for a min. Horrible office...horrible employees.. I understand and accept the fact that I was late..but this lady doesn't care about life, family, and doesn't know the basics of customer service! We are going to look for another doctor after this experience.. this receptionist is really ruining this office and for everyone! I hope the doctor reads this comment and consider hiring someone else.. it's truly sad!"

"Usually have a great experience here and staff is super nice but once in a while i have to wait 40-60 minutes for a quick 5-10 exam and diagnosis, need to learn not to overbook an communicate with the patients if they are waiting or offer water or something and inform them if they are running behind. just saying"
