"Doctor Castañeda I was walking with my son to the doctors office when she just drove past me she could wait for me to cross the street .she just looked at me and kept going. I don't know where can I report her. And also doctor jose because he is so rude they don't let you finish explaining him and the other doctor they cut you off always. Baldwin park have bad doctors."

"Today is Monday. 28 2019. Just left DR. BERGANZA OFFICE. MY SON HAS A HIGH FEVER, AND THE SECRETARY TOLD ME THAT UNTIL I HAD AN UPDATE INFO FOR MY SON HE WOULD NOT BE ADMITTED. SHE GAVE ME THIS NUMBER IN WHICH I CALLED AND WAITING TIME WAS ONE HOUR. SHE WAS VERY RUDE"

"Dr. here Is the best ! All the nurses are very helpful and I enjoy taking my daughter in because I know how great this place is. Wait WITH OUT AN APPOINTMENT IS LONG , max 2-3 hours. Call to ask for wait time and always be aware of lots of patients in the waiting room."

"The staff is always friendly.. I just don't think any Dr could possibly replace quinones ..the short lady Dr doesn't give you the full Dr experience she just leaves and moves on to the next patient and I ended up asking more questions to the nurse"

"I like the doctor here ,but not the place , plp is really unorganized , if u come with an appointment still have to wait about 2 hours to see the doctor , !! No nice walk-in go first than you , no fair !! :( definitely looking for a new pediatrician.:("
