"You have to baby sit the office through doing their job. They don’t tell you your results are ready, you have to call and ask over and over. When you results are ready, you have to schedule an appointment for the doctor to tell you your results over the phone instead of them just quickly telling you. My bf has had the same injury for 3 weeks now and it’s not getting better because of their neglect. Don’t go here. Save your time"

"It has taken 11 months to finally get an appointment with children's hospital. Each time I called to see if paperwork was sent couldn't get a straight answer. I finally went and literally banged on the door and called them to let me in. Stood infront of the window with children's hospital staff on the phone and had to walk them through the process. Really! They have no clue how a computer works. These receptionist are useless!"

"Easily the worse medical office I have ever been to. Desk staff are rude and will actively try to ignore you. Almost every time I have called to try to schedule a follow up or appointment, I’m told the staff member I am supposed to talk to is at lunch. Staff will also make up excuses when things fall short on their end like forgetting to inform you of fees before you start services (which is unethical to do so) or forgetting share the results to your blood test and blaming you if you don’t get them. Also doctors and NPs working there are more concerned with covering their behinds to avoid lawsuits than providing quality care to patients. I would not recommend this doctor’s office."

"I've gone to Dr. Lee 3 different times for the same problem. I've probably only seen him for a total of 10 min because he usually has a nurse or an intern do my check up instead of himself. All three times he recommends more pain killers and the most recent time I went he laughed at my concern for my continuing back pain. Very rude, very unprofessional, very inattentive. I don't know how this man has his own practice."

"This office is extremely unprofessional and does not communicate well. I showed up here because I lost my insurance and could not go elsewhere even though there were already so many 1 star reviews for this place. They told me to fill out my paperwork at home and then email it to them because I had a fever and they were not letting people who had fevers have in person doctor visits due to COVID ( my visit would have to be a video appointment) . I went home, filled out the entire packet they gave me, and immediately emailed them the information at around 9:30 a.m. I then called them again at 2:30 p.m because I had not been given a call by the doctor and wanted to know how much longer it would take for me to be seen. The woman Araceli who answered, told me that the doctor had left at 11:30 a.m!!!!!! I was so upset because they had never mentioned that when I showed up that morning. If I had known that, I would have called earlier to ask how much longer my wait time was. If I had not called to follow up so early I would have had to go to an emergency room at a hospital because this happened on a Friday and most other clinics were closing soon. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE"
