"It's seriously egregious how the staff knows that there is an emergency with my son that needs immediate medical attention for his swollen knee he couldn't walk and the staff don't offer to give my son emergency medical. It wasn't even given as an option. I found out days later that it could have been handled right away. Instead they make my son wait an entire week to get a approved for x-rays."
