"We love Dr. Shaheedy and her father. My son and daughter have been going to her since birth! I recently went for a check up for my son and the front desk staff was very unwelcoming, didn’t greet me, didn’t ask my son’s name. I offered all of that information prior to them saying anything upon me entering the office. It’s never been like this before and I don’t recognize the staff. After the check up, the office staff didn’t ask if I wanted to schedule another appointment, didn’t offer a sticker (they usually do) and just handed me a referral sheet (without saying anything) and I left. Reconsidering if I want to make the drive out there again; customer service is everything."

"Dr Shaheedy is a knowledgable and caring pediatrician. However, recent changes in her office environment have made the patient experience difficult. Her office's record-keeping and scheduling are disorganized and unprofessional. I hope she will be able to address these issues, after which, I recommend her as a competent physician."
