"Failed to relay important mental health evaluation results with parents. When approached, Dr. Graves avoided answering the question and deflected, "Why did you not inform us, the parents? These answers are concerning". Also, admitted she did not have any notes to back up the concerning assessment answers. Doctors are supposed to evaluate the well being of a child as a whole. Anything that is concerning about a child's well being should be brought to the parent's attention."
