"While the staff and doctors are friendly, the overall cleanliness of the office and patient rooms is severely lacking. Unfortunately, the rooms are not adequately cleaned between patients, and the sole seating option, a couch, is not only stained with urine but emits an unpleasant odor. During a visit on a short-staffed day, I was confined to one such room for nearly an hour, enduring uncomfortable heat. The resulting bill of $500 seems excessive and unreasonable given the circumstances. I will not be returning even though this office is walking distance from my home."

"I have taken several pets to Aloro. My overall experience with them is very good. The staff are attentive and caring. While it’s not “dirty” the place could do with a regular cleaning."

"This place is amazing. They’re very caring they take care of your dog. I highly recommend this place the staff, the doctor, Dr. Anush, is amazing. She’s very knowledgeable. She takes her time she listens to you. She explains everything thoroughly. I love her she’s amazing. I definitely recommend this pet Hospital. You will not regret it. Thank you for taking care of my doggies. And recently she recommended that my dog, my German Shepherd see a neurologist, so she recommended Access pet hospital in Woodland Hills. I am so glad that I went to see Dr. Anush my German Shepherd ended up having spinal surgery. She is doing much much better. She is recovering but if it wasn’t for Dr. Anush my dog would’ve been worse. Most likely would’ve been paralyzed. Bella is doing amazing I highly recommend taking your pets to AloroPet Hospital and definitely Dr. Anush is the best I’m sure they’re all the best at that hospital but my experience with Dr. Anoush is amazing."
