Everyone who has ever seen this man needs to file a formal complaint against him, I just did it myself and the process to file a complaint with the Medical Board is so easy. "In the past I gave him an excellent review, but about the time Covid hit, he totally changed. Started charging for services the insurance had paid for already and started doing unnecessary nitrogen freeze of stuff on our faces, even when told not to. How do you fight off a man with can of nitrogen in his hand? Quit going back & post it here. Maybe enough complaints and this crook will lose his medical practice and Mercedes."

"I was hired as a medical assistant/ scribe about 6 months ago. I received 2 days of 8 hour “paid training” before quitting on the spot. While training he verbally abused me, yelled at me, and repeatedly asked me what was wrong with me and my generation. When quitting he escalated the situation by screaming at me and asking why I can’t perform the tasks he wanted the way he wanted them. The man was unable to regulate his emotions and in the end never paid me. During this encounter it was just me and him in the office. The man should be sued for unsafe working environment. Please do not work or visit his practice if you do not want to be verbally abused."

"I have not been to this office in almost a decade. I woke up this morning to a text saying that I had a bill I needed to pay from Noel Chiu and then received an email regarding a statement notice of a bill. Like many of the other reviews, I tried calling and it went to an automated message and a full voicemail box so I couldn’t even leave a message. He is scamming people and his business needs to be shut down. This is ridiculous."
