"Dr. Saw is nice, but can't really handle small kids. She gets frustrated so quick without realizing that there is a sick kid before her. My son got a swelling on his leg at his 2 months shots. Still managed to go there but the other visits were fine. They write prescription on a tissue paper, which I almost threw without realizing what kind of paper is in my hand. It would have been nice if they maintained patient records online. This is very old school type treatment. Once they forgot to call the pharmacy about the Prescription, I had to remind them two days later, by the time my son recovered already. This doc is good if you don't have any other better options."

"Dr. Saw has been my daughter's pediatrician for over 3 years since she was born. Dr. Saw has helped my daughter with many diseases, such as flu, stomach cold, and common cold. She also helped us with routine checks and shared lots of helpful suggestions regarding nutrition and such. Dr. Saw always answers all our questions patiently. All the staff here are also very nice and friendly. We highly recommend this place. They are very generous in providing urgent visits. Last time my daughter had a fever, and we had to call the office on Friday morning to make an appointment. Surprisingly, the staff allowed us to visit on the same day. After the visit, the lab result was sent to the doctor office at 6PM Friday, and the doctor sent prescription to pharmacy right away. She also called us to let us know it was flu and prescription was sent out. We were able to pick up the medicine at night and started giving it to my daughter. So she felt much better over the weekend. We are so grateful, and we could hardly imagine this can be done in another place."

"We have been with Dr. Saw since 2007. Both our kids are seen by her since birth. She is very good with kids, very patient with parents and very knowledgeable. When our kids are sick, she takes time to explain about the disease process and writes down how we should care for our kids at home. She would call after hours to check on my kids when they were very ill. Her staffs are also very friendly. We have told a few of our friends about her and have already referred them to Dr. Saw."
