"Awful! Erlinda does not listen to her patients. She prescribed and tried to make my daughter take albuterol because she’s “wheezing”. My daughter was wheezing cause she’s got a cold... yet with this logic provided, Erlinda decided to force the prescription, and claim that because my mother and brother have asthma my daughter probably has it too. This doctor does not use email or anything modern, her practice even refuses to use fax. She’s lost documents, disregarded requests and more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR! If your HMO provider assigns her to you, change your PCP immediately!"

"This doctor is the absolute WORST! She's unskilled, inexperienced, rude, unprofessional, hard to understand due to her very poor grasp of the English language, and completely inept. She took 2 weeks, TWO WEEKS to call and let us know that my five year old niece had a UTI! And THEN her office called and told the father "The doctor needs to speak to you URGENTLY about the results of your daughter's blood and urine tests!...oh but she can't talk to you right now because she's on the phone with someone else..". So the poor dad is terrified of what could be wrong with my daughter?? And 2 minutes go by, then 5 and 10, 30 minutes later STILL NO CALL. We finally had to call her back and waited on hold and got hung up on, and hours later they finally gave him the result. Who does that?! The poor dad was thinking about all of the horrible things that could have been wrong with his daughter while she left him terrified and wondering what the urgency of the results were. And so to make things worse the parents finally took her to the Urgent Care center and the doctor had the nerve, the absolute nerve, to call and berate the father as to why he took her there?? I would not trust this doctor to treat a goat. If you take your kids or ANY family members and entrust them to the care of this doctor you are taking a big gamble. If there had been an option for NO STARS I would have selected it. And I'm not the only one who feels this way read other reviews and judge for yourself. SHE SUCKS! And YES I'm reporting her to the State Medical Board as well."

"Never remembers her patients. Unprofessional she actually rolled her eyes on a serious question I had about his health. Gave bad medical advice. Office is dirty we got the stomach flu from her office."
