"The worst experience ever, this man is unprofessional, rude, he has a disarter on his office he lost the paper work that i gave him 3 times. He's cheap but please do not go there for any reason, specifically if you have to do the immigration stuff, at the end I had to go to another place and I throw $250 to the trash with this man"

We used him for immigration services and had an horrible experience, he assumed we were uneducated and would just pay up. If you are looking for immigration services go elsewhere!! He and his staff are extremely aggressive and horrible patient treatment. We have filed a complaint with the Medical Board of California"

"HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE !!! The worst experience I have ever had in any office, the receptionist is piece of work ! I went there for my immigration medical exams, even though I told them about my interview time,they said they lost my test result and they disappeared on me for a week right before my interview so I took my test result to another doctor and they did everything in 1 hour and gave me the sealed letter for my interview. It's been more than a month and still they don't answer the phone or replying my messages ! sham ! AVOID this place at any cost."

"I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Brown and his staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner. He has been my primary care physician for several years now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. Dr Brown always looks in your previous records before anything else, he spend time to explain you the best way you can understand. My final point to show Dr. Brown caring bedside manner, for two separate physicals he has called in-person (once even on weekend or after work hours) to discuss my blood test results. If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while is booked up , then Dr. Brown is someone you should consider visiting."

"Really bad experience. His staff yelled at me over the phone and hanged up on me. I had an appointment for some urgent care and Marcy, his assistant, cancelled the appointment in the last minute redirecting me to urgent care (an option that I always would have available). I really think they should have found another physician for the same day. Don't want to call them liars but they claim they called me the day before (no calls received nor missed). Anyway, yelling and hanging up on a patient/customer is not the way to treat people. I asked them for a way to file a complaint and they said there is no option. Once again, really bad experience."
