"I have known Dr. Kini for years as her patient and I feel very well taken care. She cares about your health above all. She is a great PCP. However, her billing company is not good. They will bill you for preventative services that insurance pays in full days after you had your appointment. They did this years ago for my husband and months later after paying it, I found out they never billed my insurance. Staff at Dr. Kini's office do not understand billing so they cannot communicate with you and the number they give for the biller is not active and has a full vm box so you are forced to pay a bill you don't owe."
"Dr. Kini has changed up her staffing , highly responsive service. She is a terrific doctor who has a high level of compassion and big on proactives such as annual blood tests and other regular screenings. There's plenty of parking, easy location, quiet building. Dr. Kini has been a mainstay for myself whole family."
"During my 6 or so years with Dr. Kini, two mistakes were made. I'm ok with a mistake, as long as you own up to it. One was on the bloodwork form, it resulted in me paying way more than I should have. She was the only one that the insurance would talk too for them to instruct her how to correct it. She didn't like (welcome to our world) how long she had to be on with the insurance to get this corrected. If done correctly this first time, this wouldn't have happened. The second problem was about another charge. I questioned her & her office on this (as a client we have a right too) and she got mad and said to find another doctor. GLADLY!"

"If you're looking for a good primary care, Dr. Kini is great! Her office was able to get me in on short notice and my visit was relatively efficient (I also work at a doctor's office so I'm pretty patient) Reception staff could be better. I called to pay my copay several months later and Sharmaine took my payment over the phone. I asked to be mailed a copy of the receipt for proof of payment, and she was very confused and said that they don't do that. I don't quite understand why that's not a thing, it's good practice to send the patient a copy. Only after insisting on having a copy did she have me sign up for the portal and I got a copy that way, and good thing too, because lo and behold, it was not posted to my account and I got a bill for it. Had I not asked for a copy I would probably be either arguing with the office or stuck paying it again."
