"THEY ARE THE WORST! they basically scammed me into paying way more than I originally thought, and ran me around in circles. The costumer service is terrible, they have no clue what they are doing! Christopher tedder is my agent and he screwed up my policy. He fixed it saying there wud be no charge seeing as how it was his fault but come to find out that I am getting charged for the change. Now I'm stuck with them paying $1100 for only six months for the minimum. DONT GO THROUGH THEM"

He was also very patient with me while I gathered the information he needed. In the past when I was young and dumb, I had trouble getting insured but Freeway Insurance helped me. The customer experience I received from Chris is a good reminder of why I went with them as well as the reason for why I will use them again.
