"Dr Do is one of the BEST Pediatricians in the Bay Area! She listens to us as patients! Which is a hard quality to find in doctors. She truly cares, she remembers small details like my son's school , his hobbies, his interests...she looks at the overall picture instead of just the reason you are there. Because I am in healthcare, I understand that pediatricians are given only 15 minutes to spend with patients but Dr. Do hides that pressure so well because I never feel rushed. I am so grateful to have her as my son's doctor. Very intelligent, and competent and most of all, she cares . She is also the BEST dressed doctor in the Bay area ❤️. I have worked in the the Bay area for 15 years, and never seen a doctor dressed so neat."

"Dr. Do is kind, warm and incredibly personable. Appointments with her are a family affair in that she takes considerable time in learning what's going on with your little as well as your family. We feel incredibly fortunate to have our daughter in her care. Her staff is great and super considerate of your needs as well."

"Dr. Do has been my son's pediatrician since birth and I have been very grateful for her care. She is thorough, warm, personable, and knowledgeable. She even calls to check in after visits to make sure everything is going OK, and called to check in after she noticed my son had a visit to the ER at CPMC. I appreciate having easy access to our medical records through the online system. The staff is friendly and efficient; I have had no issues making appointments in advance or last minute, both in-office or over the phone. Very happy with our experience and this practice is highly recommended!"

"Dr. Jennifer Do is not professional at all. 20 minutes before my child's sick appointment, she cancelled it. It was Friday afternoon and leaving my child and me helpless for the coming weekend. We went all the way to the pediatrician's office, but no one could see my sick child. When I complained, several staff criticized me with "inconsiderate", "rude" and other insulting words. They claim that Dr. Do went on maternity leave. The point is, we understand that Dr. Do needs to have a baby, but the pregnancy did not happen overnight. As a medical professional, Dr. Do should not squeeze herself too thin till the last minute and left her pediatric patients with no choices. At least, Dr. Do should be able to arrange a backup doctor if she chose to work so close to delivery date. Her health is important, but how about all of the sick babies that she cancelled the appointments with? As a medical professional, what she left us was quite unprofessional and disappointing. Till today, nobody apologized for the last minute cancellation and no new appointment was scheduled (the staff retaliated against me because of my complaint for the doctor's last minute cancellation). If you have beloved children and want a reliable pediatrician, please think twice before choosing Dr. Do."

"She spent may be 4 mins for the consultation for which she probably charges hundreds of dollars to insurance. Most of those 4 mins she was typing away text into the computer. Didn't do a decent job of observing symptoms. Had to visit another Dr few days later to get obvious ear and sinus infection treated. Highly incompetent in core skills area for a physician. Worst experience ever!"
