"I was trying to schedule my son an appointment for his 2 month checkup and refused to see him because he is not a newborn and they do not accept transfer. That is beyond ridiculous and the only way my son would get seen is if I scheduled before my due date or if he had siblings there. That’s just crazy and I’ve had a hard time finding a pediatrician since I just moved from southern Cali and I really wanted him to get seen here but refused so sad. That is company policy first time hearing that they only accept newborn and not transfers"

"Absolutely great practice! Our daughter is Dr. Laurel Schultz's patient and she is just wonderful. Supportive, doesn't guilt trip the parent, truly cares about the children and also very knowledgeable. Always references scientific studies and bases her evaluation and recommendations upon them. The other people working there are also very supportive, understanding and patient. I wish adult doctor practices could be nearly as great."

They were very helpful with in-office COVID testing throughout the pandemic and it’s always easy to get a same day appointment for a sick kid. They have a partnership with UCSF for after hours/weekend visits. Overall great care for the kids."

"Used to be a great practice but now is a factory. Front desk and nurses are very nice but many of the doctors lack empathy and don’t try to connect with patients. It’s really disappointing."
