"We needed to put our Penny Lane down, hot in right away, no fuss, no muss. They offered a cremation package, I think it was $50 & it’s lovely, including her paw print."
"We brought our senior dog in for an emergency due to complications with diabetes. The staff were all friendly, efficient, and compassionate. Dr. Jovel was wonderful and did a complete work up on our dog, and took her time explaining all her findings. We drive far just to come to this clinic because we feel the care is a cut above!"
"We took our sweet pup here. The staff was very helpful and nice, Dr.Risk answered all our questions and great comfort. This place has been so compassionate and welcoming for us and if it is an emergency I truly recommend you bring your dog here. We love our dogs and will definitely bring them here if ever necessary."
"Took my pet for a checkup here and told the vet my worries, in which she replied with "you're giving me to much information" & "your worried about the wrong things." They gave my pet a shot for "pain" with out even knowing the reason why I brought him in. They were completely rude and didn't even show any kind of compassion towards me or my pet. In the beginning they formulated the bill to be $500 but once I left, they called me stipulating bill had surpassed over six hundred dollars now. To which I just decided to stop treatment for my dog. Clinic called me and threatened me that they will call animal control on me for not proceeding treatment with them using my dog as an excuse. They also proceeded to over sell me medication at their cost. I decided to pick up my pet because of their threats and tactics to oversell to me, and I payed around 200 for this vet to say she didn't know what was wrong with him . Unbelievable."
"It was Sunday 2:30pm and our regular vet was closed. I was dog sitting a sick dog and we just knew it was her time to go because she was in unimaginable pain. I am so thankful this clinic was open. The person that answered the phone was so patient and helpful. We arrived like 5 minutes later and they quickly took the dog in and made her comfortable. They also allowed us to stay with her. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor were so comforting, thoughtful and patient. Thank you so much!"
