"I’ve been meaning to write this review for years but I told myself I would wait to leave it until my little Diego passed away. 10 years ago Diego had a urinary blockage that almost killed him. He had been dealing with it for about 2 years off and on and unfortunately another vet had not been treating him the best they could and I was not aware at the time. When it reappeared and he stopped eating I took him to Eagle Glen because it was the closest vet to where I was currently living. They attempted to treat him without surgery first and it was not working so Dr. Rhee suggested perineal urethrostomy. The doctor had told me it was not a 100% guarantee but that at his stage it was needed. Unfortunately the surgery was expensive and I was struggling in my 20s. Eagle Glen made sure to give me the best quote available in the area and did everything they could to help. Not only was the surgery a success, Eagle Glen went on to treat Diego for another ten years for all the aches and ailments that come with age. The receptionists, techs, and doctors always treated Diego so well. They knew his personality and always knew exactly what to do to help calm him down. Early this morning I finally lost my little guy. Diego was 19 years old and unfortunately was battling thyroid issues and kidney disease at the end. Even then Eagle Glen helped give me more time with him than I thought I would have. I thank the entire staff at Eagle Glen for their part in keeping Diego going for an incredible 19 years, especially when I was convinced I was losing him after only 9. As with every vet, pet owners should ask questions and be proactive with their animals. That said though, I highly recommend Eagle Glen. It’s never easy dealing with health issues for your animal but it’s a lot easier when you go to people that care."

I cannot believe what a vastly different experience we had. The front desk is SO kind and attentive, and the vets are fantastic. I guess we got use to vets being slow, but not here. eagle Glen is time efficient, as well as considerate and wonderful. Very responsive and easy to contact. I’m so glad we found them!"
