"Modern Animal is all around amazing! I saw Dr. Mallory Matthews at the West LA clinic for my kitten Arthur's first vet appointment. Everything about the visit was seamless - the staff were super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The office was very clean, nicely decorated, and we were helped immediately when we walked in - we didn't have to wait to be seen. The vet and vet tech were both very personable, thorough, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. The app is organized and descriptive and makes it super easy to manage Arthur's appointments, prescriptions, and his care plan with upcoming vaccinations and screenings. It's so helpful being able to see everything super organized in one place. I couldn't recommend Modern Animal enough - it is truly a game changer for pet owners!!"

"The location is great, they're using modern tech and they have their own app. The membership plan is great value and that's the main reason I signed up for this clinic location and customer service gets five stars. The vet on the other hand, didn't give me much of an explanation about the diagnosis, just pushing me to treatments. I had to ask probing questions and insist on clear answers to actually understand why they were suggesting treatment. I then discovered that some suggested treatments are not really unnecessary. It doesn't build much trust, but it's hard to find a vet who really explains your choices and doesn't try to sell expensive treatments."

They have multiple locations, super responsive within the app, clean offices, great treats for dogs and cats, and all super friendly. Your pet even gets a little welcome gift bag on their first visit. I have really enjoyed the ease of finding appointments, even urgent care when my dog got sick. I have recommended two friends who are also very happy with the services that they provide."
