"I had hoped that I would love El Segundo Animal Hospital because it is located very close to my house. Going there would mean less time in the car, therefore less stress for my cats. Unfortunately, I have found this establishment to be a big disappointment. It has become clear to me that this place is not the right fit for my pets because getting in touch with the veterinarian with questions and concerns has been extremely difficult. Test results were not forthcoming for my sick cat until I got frustrated with the staff and, when I finally did talk to the vet a couple of days later, I felt that he really didn't care all that much about my concerns. In fact, I found him a bit on the rude side. Therefore, I sought out another pet hospital in a nearby town where I have no doubt that my pets' needs are a priority. They are worth the drive. After reading reviews and talking to others, I see that I am not the only one who feels this way. I do not recommend El Segundo Pet Hospital."
