"I have been here twice. They spayed both of my pets. But my problem is with the staff the first time I came they were so rude so I decided to give them a second chance because maybe they were having a bad day but nope second time I came they were rude again. Makes me worried about how they treat the animals inside. I understand they have a lot on their plate with all the animals but patience is apart of their job. If you claim to love animals but don’t have patience then go do something else. I understand people and animals can be a lot but kindness is not gonna kill you It was at the fallbrook location"
"SNAP helped us with some feral cats we have as well as one pet (adopted feral). Scheduling was easy, drop off and pickup was even easier. They took great care of all the animals and we are very pleased with their work and assistance!"
"My two girls were in and out within a matter of hours after getting fixed. The staff takes good care of your fur babies and makes sure you have the information you need to properly care for your fur babies after you pick them up and take them home."
"They did the spay, and so far so good. They clipped her nails without asking & no charge, thag was nice. Their staff and presentation though, not so nice. They were snappy, and rude. I didn’t not see one of them smile even once. They were not welcoming, they even yelled at me across the parking lot when someone offered to help me muzzle my dog (who has never been muzzled before so it wasn’t easy.) for them to stop and not help me. It was rude and embarrassing. They were aggressive with the dogs. I let the lady know that if you’re softer and more inviting, my dog will follow, she won’t if you’re scaring her. (Especially in a bus full of not only dogs, but cats and rabbits too.) she responded that they have “too many animals and not enough time to do that.” I was shocked that a non profit organization like this wasn’t staffed with animal lovers. Another thing I noticed was she had gloves on, but never changed them as she walked in and out of the bus, touching pens, dogs, and door handles. Makes me wonder how sanitary they are. So in conclusion to my review; if you’re ok with dealing with those kind of people, and willing to put your animal in a bus with them, just hoping they are being treated with care, for a discounted price, then go with them. BUT if you have the funds to find a caring team for your babies, I would highly recommend doing so. There are places around SD that will do it for not much more $."
"First off, Bridgette is great. I was stoked on the price and her customer service was on point! Unfortunately, traffic and anxiety were for breakfast so I wasn't able to utilize their services for my dog as scheduled... But! The girl at the intake table was nice and answered all of my questions. Another plus was where they were parked! It was kind of hard for me to find at first, but it was a really nice location with lots of parking (Kit Carlson Amputheater Park). Just wanted to give some thanks for their hard work, and hopefully I can get in next time."
