"Horrible staff, ridiculous wait time! Every time I waited 3 to 4 hours to be seen. Had a procedure and took medication for 3 months and never was able to get a follow up or results! The phone number is disconnected and the staff doesn’t know anything! Don’t waste your time coming here"

"Sorry to say, this place is always busy. Every time I go there I wait at least 1hr to 11/2 hrs to be seen. I have seen patients leave the waiting area frustreded because of long waiting times.Also, it is hard to get a hold of someone from the office over the phone. Most of the time I call it goes to a voice mail. And when I leave a message with my phone number most of the time they dont return my call. Last time I went there they had someone else's health information in my medical record and the lady at the front office looked overwhelmed and under a lot of stress . I felt bad for her. I think that place is under staffed. I also noticed that the doctor was kind of rude to the nurse. I do give credit to the nurse because she was doing the best she could."

"This doctor is the worst I've ever experienced. Phone hold times are ridiculous! And, to have a scheduled appointment and then have to wait 3.5 hours only to be asked from across the room "how do you feel?" and never even look at the surgery site is unforgivable. Both of my dad's appointment wait times were 3-3.5 hours each, after which the doctor spent 5 minutes with him. Dr. Chopra and his kind need to be reported to the authorities. Period."

"Very hard to ever get someone in the phone here. I had a 12:30 appointment that I waited a month to get, doctor had about 10 other patients scheduled for the same time. I waited 45 minutes during which time they never called anyone back. Finally the staff announced that the doctor was running late and wouldn't be there for about 20 minutes. I couldn't wait. That is a great lack of respect for other people's time. I walked out and won't go back. I should've checked his ratings before I went. But he was recommended by another doctor. They wasted my gas money and time and I missed work for this. FRUSTRATING!"

"It doesn't seem that I can rate zero stars. This has got to be the worst experience ever. My father-in-law had an app that at 530pm. It is now 920pm and he still has not been taken back yet. When I questioned the nurses and asked if this is normal for there to be a 4 hour delay before being seen, the nurse tried to say that it was because they had no idea how long these procedures will take......well I call bull $#!. Dr Chopra did not even show up until 6pm....even though his 1st appt was at 4pm. Very unprofessional."
