"No words can describe how I feel about this woman. Bottom line, I should be dead, and she saved my life. She continues to, to this day. I gave her and her staff he'll when I first began treatment, and she STILL kept helping me, and now today, I owe every breath I take to her, taking my case when I fell into her life while being admitted finally to Sharp Chula Vista ER. The hospital took such good care of me for the 10 full days I spent there. I had an unbelievable amount on my plate, including just having lost my little brother, Jared Michael Phelps, just 29 years old, to an accidental fentynol ingestion. 5 days earlier. Sharp Chula Vista Hemptology and Oncology. What a blessing. I was so scared. I was stage 5. That's stage 4, but where it spreads so stupid bad, it's literally where the first tumor, the huge one in my breast, had,"fungated". And it had spread to my lungs and TONS to my bones. My PET CT scan glowed like a Christmas tree. Radiating outward from my pelvis. I'll post pictures of my before and after one day. Going from a productive member of society to being bedridden and unable to even more my pelvis even slightly among numerous other affected areas was NOT EASY. I was terminal. Big time. Keep me comfy and eventually end my misery is what I felt was coming. Instead, every single day since, I have gained strength. And I owe it all to her. Every single thing I get to do, whether its wipe my own butt, take a shower or walk to the store and back (which took about a year of recovery and work) I owe to her. Her perservearence and knowledge are the reasons I am surviving and am here to tell my tale. But honestly, the office has a good vibe and energy, and her staff is an extension off of her. Chelsea Roe is her right hand, and it shows. If you are fortunate enough to fall under her care, you are one of the lucky ones."

"Dr. Norton has been my oncologist ever since I was detected with breast cancer. I have to say she has been very professional with me every single time she would see me after my chemo treatment. During all my visits with Dr. Norton she would allow my daughter whom lives out of town be part of the meeting on my cell phone. Anytime Dr. Norton would call me on the phone I would say doctor can you please call my daughter and also relate our conversation to her since everything was all new to me and was nervous with all the medical wording. "I got a referral for a iron transfusion with dr. Norton. Not only do I have appointments for myself but for my kids. I’ve been having 3-4 appointments all month and still working and pregnant. I tried to explain to her my situation and how it would be hard for me to go in for lab work Thursday. She raised her voice at me over the phone and cut me right off.
