"I see Dawn the PA and she is awesome, but I have had a lot of issues with the support staff. I have been a patient for a few years and haven’t had many issues until recently. Every time I call to ask a question about medication or try to get scheduled, the people on the phone are extremely rude and give incorrect information. The way the front desk speaks to people on the phone is so disrespectful and careless. This has happened very frequently in the past few months. For example they told me I needed to pay a fee to request a pharmacy change, which just absolutely is not true. They have also tried to charge me multiple times for one visit. I was also told I needed to have a visit every two months to be prescribed long term medications that I have been on for more than 10 years ( I have never needed to be seen that frequently by Dawn to have them prescribed). Those are just some of many pieces of incorrect information I was given. At this point, I no longer think it is worth seeing Dawn to deal with the people at the front desk any time I need to call. I personally work in healthcare and don’t think this is the way people deserve to be treated in regards to their health or at all."

"I seriously love being a patient here. Dawn is incredible and I couldn’t be more grateful she is my doctor! Sadly my insurance doesn’t cover going here but I gladly pay out of pocket. I feel supported, respected and well taken care of. If you were like me in the past and struggled with finding a doctors office that cared even the slightest.. be sure to give this place a chance. They have been wonderful through every visit.. even considering the pandemic"

"This was my doctor for a few years. They really take their time with me & make sure to address every concern I have. The Vit. B shots have helped me a great deal. Clear your plans when you have an appointment because the wait can be very long. This is just a byproduct of them taking their time with patients though so I don't mind."
