"I like my dr. But the office is running under bad management. No one ever answers their extensions. And when they answer they have the nerve to say wow you've been calling me 3-4 times today how can I help you! Makes me so mad."
"Had a appointment today (7-17-23) got to my appointment early 2:05pm for a 2:30pm appointment. I waited in the waiting room until 2:55pm I was never told that the doctor was running behind. I noticed people that had a later appointment arrive and be seen. I will Definitely be looking for a new doctor."
"It blows my mind that Dr. Reddy made it through med school, but what is worse is she is now actively treating patients. Within a few minutes of talking with me and her having no real knowledge of my medical history, she essentially called me and other urologists liars when she said that my diagnosis of interstitial cystitis (IC) from a prior well known and reputable urologist was IMPOSSIBLE. She stated that you can never have a UTI after having IC, and because I have chronic UTIs, I cannot also have IC. This was news to me and contrary to what other urologists told me. In disbelief, I repeated what she said and she confirmed that what I heard was correct. Note that she was not the urologist who performed multiple diagnostic procedures over a duration of several months to get to my IC and chronic UTI diagnoses, and she was not one of the doctors who treated me multiple times in the ER for kidney infections resulting from my UTIs. Feeling stuck because my insurance sent me to her and because it took months to get an appointment, I tried to understand where she was coming from and I did not argue with her. The discussion then changed to treating my chronic UTIs. I requested to continue the preventative treatment that was given by my prior urologists, which was a low dose of daily antibiotics. She told me that no doctor ever prescribes a low dose of antibiotics as a preventative treatment for chronic UTIs due to the risk of becoming resistant to antibiotics. (I get that this is a real issue I and can understand why doctors would be reluctant to prescribe antibiotics over a long duration. But in my case, the pros outweigh the cons). The kicker was that she had an iPad set up in her waiting room where patients can click on different urological issues and learn more about them. While I was waiting to be seen by her I clicked on the link that discussed UTIs. It specifically stated that one preventative option for chronic UTIs was to prescribe a low dose of antibiotics. But then she came in minutes later and told me this was not even an option she would consider. (Maybe she needs to pick another App for her patients to learn about their conditions because she disagrees with what it tells her patients and it also makes her look foolish). She went on to tell me the proper (preventative) treatment for chronic UTIs is probiotics. At that point I thought she must be joking with me, but she wasn’t. She then told me that the proper treatment for UTIs post menopause is estrogen. I’m not sure why she felt the need to offer that information because I’m a woman in my early 30s. Regardless, I wasn’t in there looking for homeopathic remedies that I can find on Google. I was looking for a real doctor to treat my real problems. It is worth noting that my polite tone was met with hostility and an “I am smarter than you” attitude. Needless to say, that visit did not last long. I now have to wait months to get an appointment with a different urologist and will very likely have another UTI or kidney infection before I can be seen again by a urologist. In sum, Dr. Reddy has horrible bedside manners, disagrees with the general consensus on how to treat chronic UTIs, and disregards diagnoses from prior reputable urologists without doing any actual physical examinations on patients."
"Dr.Reddy and her staff are the best! I was diagnosed with early stage of bladder cancer and she took the time to listen to my concerns and list all the details of treatment and the upcoming steps I was going to need to take. Four months after surgery and treatment, I was having pain and she immediately booked me an appointment for a cystoscopy just to see what could be the cause. I will forever be grateful for her and her staffs’ care. They made me feel welcomed and cared for and are honestly just the best!"
"Dr Reddy saved my life plain and simple. She is kind and caring gives you enough attention and time , which is rarity nowadays , she is hardest working and most attentive surgeon , after my surgery she visited me in hospital every day for the four days I was there two times for the two first days ,to me that was first class care . I owe my life to her , god bless her ,highly recommend her ."
