"Horrible, horrible, horrible. Impossible to get return phone calls over the last several months. They were generally polite when we did get return calls in the beginning (summer 2020) but it became more and more difficult to reach people over the last year. Medications were not filled, and medication changes were not followed up on in a timely manner. Doctor would say "I want you to see me next appointment," only to have staff schedule with the PA. Scans and labs are released directly to the patient portal with no contact, and CTs were scheduled without a concurrently scheduled followup to help with interpretation of the scans. There is a massive communication breakdown somewhere and your patients are suffering as a result. Even when my family member was hospitalized, the doctor did not call. When my family member passed away a week later, we left a message canceling her upcoming appointment, which did not get canceled. It took a second call to finally cancel it. There has been zero outreach from the office after they learned of death of the family member. Unbelievable. Stay away."

"I was diagnosed with testicular cancer a few years ago. I was seen by Dr. Vue and his assistant Brian. They were both very professional and did their best to make a scary situation as easy as possible. I had to go through chemotherapy with Taylor and the rest of the team and am happy to say that I am in remission now. So far so good. Thanks to Dr. Vue and his team my life is back on track. I'm so thankful for all that helped me get through a tough time in my life."

"This office is a nightmare. This office (Vincent, Juana & Dr. Rao) lacks communication, is not willing to accept that they dropped the ball and will go as far as to make up conversations that never happened and backdate tests for documentation purposes. Vincent is argumentative, condescending and should not be in this profession. Dr. Rao is simply unreachable, possibly in the clouds. I would NOT recommend anyone use this office if you want your diagnosis and treatment to move quickly."

"Flew out from Boston to help my mother with her Dr appts due to recent findings from a physician she saw in Boston while visiting me. All of the physicians her primary helped refer and their staff understood the urgency and were on top of scheduling my mother in, except for this center. Dr. Jacoub even saw my father who unfortunately passed away this past March. I left 4 voicemails, desperate voicemails to no avail. With Annie, Heidi and the PA for Dr. Jacoub, I think Juan? Not one had the courtesy, decency or professionalism to return my calls. I am now flying back to Boston and hope my mother will get the consultations and diagnosis she so urgently needs."
