"At first I was optimistic because this doctors office has mixed reviews. But after experiencing the worse organization of office I ever experienced I understand the bad reviews. First, anytime you call and ask them to complete at task; whether it be inputting information for referral or it be getting a prescription you will have to call 3-4 times to guarantee that they actually did what you asked. Then if they do complete the task you have double check them like children to make sure they input the correct information. I went to get my wrist checked out because I had a bulge pressing against the nerve, I did everything that was asked of me but when it came time for them to submit the paperwork, somehow they input the wrong wrist twice. And when the authorization was approved I had to bother them to email it and they couldn't even do that in a reasonable time. Save yourself the headache stress and time, go to an office where they have integrity about their work and care about the patient."
