Now he has decided after looking at my case More carefully has changed his mind and will not be doing it.althought"

"Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my appointment for next week three times and no one helped. They directed me to an extension number that doesn’t exist. They then gave me a direct number, but the number was not on service. When I called again, the lady on the phone told me to please hold which at this point I lost my patience and told her I will not hold and need assistance now. She then proceeded that she is with a patient and soon as I tried to speak she puts me on hold. This place needs a better system for patients who need to cancel and reschedule appointments. Don’t expect me to come to your appointment. I tried to cancel my appointment on time."

"Do not go here. The office staff is incredibly rude, the doctor was absolutely terrible, and for a simple ENT consult visit for my son, they charged us $1,600! His own pediatrician is more thorough in a standard doctor’s visit than the ENT was in her “comprehensive” exam. She was rude, condescending, and should probably take some continuing education courses because her mindset on treating structural abnormalities is completely outdated when compared with current research. The office also never answers the phone, never returns calls, and we never even received the treatment plan we were told would be sent to us and it’s been 4 months! Save your money, time, and energy and go somewhere else."

"This clinic is an absolute dumpster fire! I've experienced no shows from the doctor for my scheduled appointments. Doctors leaving in the middle of my recovery with no update from the clinic. No update from the doctor after performing tests they requested. I think the constant doctor turnover and horrible scheduling are the biggest issues, but there are other issues! There has to be a reason why all the doctors keep leaving, ya? Currently there are only offering appointments with interns. What a joke! To yourself a favor and do not go to this trash clinic."
