"Fairly new patient with Dr.Lebed I have to say that I was happy with my first visit and experience until it was time to get a refill on my prescription 3 months later. That’s were the problems started. I had a scheduled video call appointment on 5/12/23 that got rescheduled by his staff on 5/9/23 to 5/23/23. Which is fine things happen and that’s understandable. I did raise my concern with the staff member that I only had enough prescription till the 5/10/23. She said she would let Dr.Lebed know and they would call me back. Couple days pass and nothing. I decide to make contact and ask what was going on as I had to do blood work 1 week before my video call. Again got told the same thing and the cycle continued. I basically up till right this minute am dealing with not having my prescription. I have been the one calling them just to get told they would call me back. Blood work doesn’t lie. I’m in a worst situation then when I first started going to Dr.Lebed. I understand I am but a single person in a pool of 1000 but it shouldn’t be this hard to refill a prescription or the bare minimum to give a call back to the patient to explain the situation. It’s not my insurance as it covers I called them personally. It’s not the pharmacy because I also called them. Total negligence on Dr.Lebed end. Since I can’t seem to get anything back besides will call you back from the staff since 5/9/23 I figured I would leave a review based on my experience. I would give it 1 star if it wasn’t for the fact he actually helped me get back to feeling my self for the first 3 months. Now I feel worse then when I started."

"A simple kidney stone removal turned into E-coli, sepsis, emergency surgery, hospitalization and over a month of antibiotics, some of it infused. This was due to apathetic and incompetent care from De. Lebed and his staff; and could have been avoided . Don’t even consider this urology center."
