"I have called over 20 times over 3-4 weeks. No person has ever answered the phone. I have left messages and no one bothers to call back! The reason for my calls have been to get a surgery scheduled with my surgeon after my original appointment. Dr. Turner had advised if I had NOT heard from someone within a few days to schedule, to call. (Thats gone well) I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THIS OFFICE! If this surgery ever happens, I hope the Dr. has a better work ethic than the bums that work the office!"
