"I take my dog and cat here for their vaccinations which save me time and money. There's no office visit charge. Of course, my dog could careless about that because she just hates any visit to the vet."
"The staff were so kind and the experience was very organized. My puppy didn't show signs of anxiety like he does when getting groomed. He was a happy puppy even after his shot."
"THEY ARE DOING IT WRONG AGAIN. Texted me many many times, need text now text such when in parking lot way way before appointment. THE WRONG PART...THE TEXT SAYS WAIT IN YOUR CAR. GUESS WHAT? THEY ARE WAITING FOR YOUR PET INSIDE."
"I have five Pomeranians. I have taken them here to get their shots several times. I love how quick and efficient it is. And I love that I don’t have to pay for a visit and have a Vet recommend other things. All my experiences here were excellent!!!!!"
"While the staff and vets were helpful and professional, I do have a couple of complaints with my experience at this Vetco. First, the limited hours on only one day of the week are difficult to work into my schedule. Second, when I did take my dog in to get vaccines and do the necessary health check to receive an edible flea pill prescription, my dog came down with kennel cough within five days of our visit. I had to take him to a full vet service to get him treatment for the kennel cough, which lasted for a few months. In addition, the medical check required to receive the flea pill prescription was ONLY valid for the 3-month supply of flea pills I initially purchased. I wanted to start with a trial period to see if the pills worked or if my dog had any negative side effects. However, in order to get additional flea pill prescribed after the 3-month period past (say to purchase a 9-month supply), I would have to pay for my dog to go through the exact same health tests he received for the 3-month supply. I am not certain, but it seems unnecessary to completely repeat and have to pay for a new health check on my dog whether 1, 3, 9, or 12 months have passed, every time I need a new prescription."
