"Rude employees,while waiting on line the cashier feeling like kardashian was taking her time on flirting with a customer while me waiting for them to stop they kept on flirting until he walked to the door they kept on sending love words,meanwhile I waited over 5mnts horrible employees at Night Shift.before that 2 homeless went inside and the cashier started asking the “Security to do a walk” almost like over 4 times that security was damn busy” A lady tried to purchase her items and I over heard the Walgreens had put her stuff away and instead of getting it back or selling her the items they decided not to just because the manager told her to give her money back they decide to loss money Walgreens update your hrs of services on google the cashier told the customer the they were closing when it was 9:00 hahaha and she left normal and the cashier asked her you want to purchased them?meanwhile she was walking away hahaha what a great customer service I would of walk away too"

"Every time I go to this location its something wrong the customer service is horrible what is online does not add up with what is in the store the lady manager is rude she don't even care it seems like the only time I received good customer service is in the morning when the morning team is there the night team sucks unlikely for me this is my neighborhood store and I will stick to only going to it in the morning"

"I never leave bad reviews, I usually have a huge tolerance for customer service but oh my god is the pharmacy at this place bad. There’s one nice younger girl who works there and everyone else is pretty much a demon. Don’t even bother to call, you have to be on hold sometimes for 10 minutes and then the call will get disconnected and you’ll have to repeat it multiple times (today I had to do it 9 times) until you finally get to a rude lady who clearly doesn’t care. I’ve been trying to get my perscription for weeks and have just gotten pretty much talked to like I was in the wrong for trying to get my medication. The one time I did finally get my perscription, they told me it would be ready in two hours, I went in after 3 and they told me 3 more hours they’ll call me back and denied saying two, 3 hours later nothing, they told me another 2 and then after 3 more hours I called and they said it’s ready but they forgot to call. I genuinely hate these people at this point and I hope with my whole heart that the rude lady on the phone gets extremely, horribly sick one day and needs to find medication, but they have to go through their pharmacy and be stuck in their own hell for eternity."
