"Went here a couple years ago and the classes were great. But when I went to go pay for more classes the reception forgot to give me my change back which was $21. I didn't realize it until I got home. I wasn't worried because I would be back. I went back and reminded the receptionist and she asked me to go into the class and they should have it after. I finished and the owner was sitting in the front. I reminded her of the mistake and she instantly got aggressive, her face got meaner and meaner as she was trying her best to open the money box. She was mumbling something about me asking for money, then slammed the money on the desk. After that, made me feel absolutely uncomfortable, judged and disrespected. I found a new place."

"I was going here a few times a month and I initially had a good experience. I always had my child with me outside of the class room while I was in class. A few weeks ago I drove an hour from the valley to attend a sunday pole and stretch class , and for the first time in all of my past experiences of bringing my child with me, staff did not let my child sit outside as usually done. The staff and owner decided to then (after months of not doing so) enforce their no child policy and put me out of class that specific day. Staff had let me know that I could attempt to speak to the owner to see what she would say about my daughter sitting outside of the class while I attended. After expressing my concern of wanting to take class (via telephone) to the owner and after driving an hour, she was very rude and hostile about her policy that was now being implemented and addressed of no child allowed in her studio due to state permits. I did not argue with her or get upset however I then let the owner and staff know (via email and phone) of my intent of canceling my class pass membership because of their newly enforced no child policy and overall. This was a very petty amount of cash for the membership pass however the business still tried to charge me a membership class pass fee for the following month because of their “30 day notice cancellation” policy. Because of their mistreatment towards me as a customer and human being , and the overall principle I disputed this transaction since I was not allowed to utilize the service as I have been. It’s unfortunate that this business could not properly manage customer relations, and that I will no longer be able to attend class due to their style, lack of communication and unprofessional ethics. I had every intent to be a consistent and longterm student at this establishment as I had made investments in their academy program."

"Romance and Dance is a fantastic place to get into shape! I've only been going a few months, I've lost two pant sizes and some extra fluff around my middle, but I am most excited about my strength and renewed confidence. I love the music selection as well as the balance of warm up with routine and new moves. Each instructor has her own style, but they are all great at what they do, give clear instructions and give each student the attention she (once in a while, he) needs. I love the variety of classes whether pole or specialty. It is a really comfortable environment. I like that there are women of all shapes, sizes and ages. Even better, all of the ladies are supportive, we even clap for each other when we conquer a new or challenging move. I've been to other studios, but this is the best. I've gotten so much more comfortable with myself, confident in my strength and even found my sexy. What I really love is that the instructors do an amazing job of pushing you father than you thought you could go without pushing you past your capabilities or so hard you don't want to come back. I've tried so many things I was previously afraid of doing because of the support of the class and instructors, the skill instructors have in spotting, and my greater confidence due to the prep work we do. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I strongly recommend you try it!"
