"Cashier Miguel valued his plastic bag over their customer. I just bought two (2) balls, they cost me $27+ each. I’ve requested to put them on separate plastic bag as they were intended to be as casual gifts, Miguel refused for no apparent reason even if I suggested to pay for the extra bag. I left the store disappointed knowing that I will give the other ball to my grandkid unwrapped. It would have been a better sight for the kid if it is wrapped in a Big 5 plastic bag. I will shop to the other Sporting Goods next time."
"this place is TRASH. The atmosphere is very unwelcoming, and the store is very squished and uncomfortable. Is this a joke?! Even a goodwill a dog took a dookie in could do better. There are many fish in the sea, as well as sports stores. And this one obviously isnt the one."
"I was just in the store cashier kasandra don't know anything about customer service she try to make me look like if I was getting the stuff for free, I was asking questions about the sales they have and she told me to come down just because the price in the store are marked wrong. Need better employees and more organized on the tag prices"
"This is the place you want to go if your preteen kid needs a soccer ball, or you’re in a pinch for some camping gear, or your looking for a great deal on…. Well, something… If you want pro gear, you might want to look elsewhere. However, I give it 5 stars b/c the people that work there are some of friendliest, most helpful people I’ve run into in retail. I’ve never not had someone resolve a problem or question and they make returns simple! #big5fan"
