This was to gather specifics about our puppy's issues and to get some background information. Their swift, yet comprehensive examination followed by necessary tests showcased the efficiency of their friendly and upbeat staff. It's evident that this new team shares good chemistry and genuinely loves their profession. Post our visit, we received a detailed email from Dr. Urbina that laid out multiple treatment options. Our subsequent visit for more tests further solidified our positive impression, with the staff maintaining their professional demeanor. The pricing is quite reasonable, especially considering their state-of-the-art, clean facility which, to me, stands out in comparison to the more corporate veterinary practices we've been to before.
