"Wasted gasoline to come to pick up medical records after being told it’s only possible for me to receive them in person but they never told me on the phone that when I go it will just be for me to fill out a request on paper. The request is something I could have done online, so many clinics have the process online. On top of that it takes them a month for them to get the documents regardless of what they are needed for. Really disappointed because we drove all the way from east county."

"Be careful when trying to get your child therapy. They call CPS on you for outrageous accusations by your teenager."

They've been tought life skills such as, how to deal with negative and positive emotions, avoiding conflicts, standing up for themselves in a postive manner, self esteem, grievance and more then anything have been listened too. I was always kept updated on what was going on during their session, concerns were always addressed to me and my children loved the environment.
