"The cashier up front was so slow , even when the line was getting longer . She made no attempt to get help"
"Just left the store was trying to Send out a fed ex package had my QR code ready and apparently the store manager was not able to log into the fed ex website. You would think she knew how to log in vs resetting the password she sent me to a fed ex location will never be back here"
"In my opinion, just find a different pharmacy. Showed up to pharmacy for a vaccine on time to my appointment, ended up waiting an hour to receive it and then 20 minutes after the vaccine for paperwork I asked for. I had to reschedule a doctors appointment that was important and now I can’t be seen for another four months by them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe because they were slightly busy. However, I showed up the next day for my medication refill and waited 25 minutes in the line before I was even spoken to. Completely unacceptable on the staff’s behalf. I won’t be going there again as I’ve had better experience at another Walgreens (118 E Baseline Rd. In Rialto) where even the Pharmacist knows me and my family by name and is much more attentive. I just hope they have better awareness and care for their customers and no one has to be forced to reschedule an important medical appointment for their neglect."
"I went to pick up medication an hour before the pharmacy closed for my Mom who just got out of surgery. Went through the drive thru because the location was randomly closed. I was told to return 20 minutes later. When I returned, I was told that they could not fill my order that night because they were doing "control inventory." My sick 72 year old mother could not get her medicine until the following morning after having surgery and being discharged from the hospital. Why? Because they had to do inventory an hour before closing. If the control inventory was that important, they should conduct the inventory on their time and not when customers needed their medicine after surgery. I have done good business with the pharmacy and the store in the past. I do like their photo section, most times. They did end up misfiling my photos for a month because the receipt cut off my last name. The store is pretty small and due to their location, they have more than their average homeless problem. Will undoubtedly find a way to get the medication to be sent to a more distant 24-hour pharmacy that I feel would treat customers better. The employees are friendly and the store is clean. So that goes a long way."
"The lab inside is really great. I love the ease of being able to go in for labs and Schedual appts for it. They are very good about social distancing to. It's inside the Walgreen's, back and to the left"
