"We absolutely love VCA Chatsworth. We started coming here when we took over ownership of my husbands grandmas 16 yr old blind and deaf dog. Dr Schneider took the time to listen to our concerns and explain what we could do to help our aging senior boy. I couldn’t believe how kind and caring he was. We ended up rescuing a cute little street mutt who seems to always have little health issues here and there but we knew we have a fantastic vet in our corner. Dr Schneider is personable, well educated in all health issues, caring, and genuinely cares about your pet and their well being. The front desk staff is also so sweet and kind and HAPPY! We seriously love everything about this hospital. Everyone in here cares, and they are honest with treatment and concerns. We will always be clients of DR SCHNEIDER!!!!!!"
"Everyone here was truly amazing. I am so grateful to have found this clinic for my dog Fiona. Typically vets never know how to calm her down and sometimes insight more fear, but everyone here did a great job of being patient and taking care of her. The doctor also took the time to speak to me and my family about the procedure and simplified it for us to fully understand since we were anxious as well. I highly recommend them!"

"Just want to be clear. Doctors and staff are amazing here BUT the Care Package they market to you is NOT worth it. This location is constantly over-booked with not enough staff. Appointments are constantly being pushed back and there is no regard for being in a Care Package. If you want to cancel out during the year they will charge you the non discounted rate for the services and all appointments you have already had. Go to another location or vet that actually wants to honor your appointments and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for a package they don’t “care” for."
