"I was in this place for the first time but I had very bad experience with the office.Lack of information. I drop Bella dog at 12:30 pm and ask nurse if everything can be done by 4 pm because I should go to work. They made several phoncalls with me but nothing was done until 4 pm.I was very upset because I finally Pic up Bella at 5 pm been late to work and luck of information from the office.You have to ask them for everything. They start procedures on Bella at 4 pm.Why this 15 years old and blind dog has to wait for so long and why this workers are not listening people needs."

"I went to the Barfield Pet Hospital. It was inside of the PetSmart store. When I went inside of the hospital, a young lady greeted me with a friendly smile. I wanted to get information about their preventive care packages for my dog. She was knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time and explained everything about the preventive care packages for the dog. I found a package that includes dental care. My dog hates to brush his teeth, so I think it would be a good choice. I told her that I would come back and sign up for the package. For dental care for the dog is very expensive, so most of the pet insurances companies do not cover the dental care. I would like to recommend the Banfield Pet Hospital because they have the preventive care package, which includes dental care, vaccinations, blood works, & Veterinarian Exams. I think it is worth it to get the package. Also, PetSmart is inside the pet hospital, so it convenient to shop for your dog. Then, they have excellent customer services, too."

"I don't understand how people can be so despotic and rude to a client, it's not the first time that this Alicia chick treats my wife badly, always with a bad attitude, how can it be that a place like Benfield where there are people who love animals there can be such a bad-tempered person, if you don't like your job, quit... Normally I don't like to speak ill of a person, but this girl exceeded my limits, it wasn't 2 or 3 times that she treated my wife badly, it was countless Sometimes, please, Benfield selects your employees better… And I know that we are not the only ones who have been treated badly, on one occasion another person commented the same thing to us about the bad attitude towards customers (is it because we are Latinos?)! !! first time I see a racist Asian, well I think she is Asian… or what else could she be?"

"I had an amazing experience. Dr.Anderson was fantastic! She took amazing care of my cat. Also I don’t feel she tried to sell me on anything unnecessary which other vets have in the past. I really appreciated her kindness and how she was willing to answer all my questions! The staff was wonderful! Thank you all so much."
