Carrie's progressive approach to rehab helped me get my range of motion and strength back in a relatively quick time frame. I had surgery on my Left shoulder 4 months ago. Based upon my experience with Xcelerate and Carrie 3 years ago, it was simply a no-brainer as to where I was going to go for rehab. As was the case with my Right shoulder, Carrie got me back to almost 100 percent in no time at all with my Left shoulder rehab.
