"My son just did his last sessions this week and I am sad they are over. They helped my son in so many ways. He couldn’t focus on anything and struggled to communicate his basic needs. Thanks to the amazing work from Andrea Diaz and Allison Watson (Bakersfield) my son has blossomed. His words have more than doubled and he now has ways to communicate as well as the ability to focus on activities he wouldn’t before. They not only helped him but me as well and I will forever be thankful of them."

"I don't have a good experience so far with the services being given, or lack of, for my son. 3 weeks ago he was rescheduled to another day and the next 2 weeks have been no show and no communication. I have left a voicemail and sent an email to the numbers and emails provided and it is so hard to get through the line. I have yet to receive answers and I see no reason as to why there is no one able to communicate with us. My son also receives early intervention services through another agency and have never had an issue with communicating or scheduling and have always stayed consistent."

She works with my twins and although we had concerns with other EI’s I’m beyond satisfied with Andreas work ethic and patience with both babies, and our schedules (parents and babysitters) she is very professional and respectful. Andrea truly listens to concerns and makes changes as needed. Andrea is very communicative with parents and babysitter so we are all on the same page and working as a team to accomplish the children’s goals. Parents and caregivers please speak up when you are not happy with your EI, not everyone works the same, if you have needs and concerns to be addressed always let your team know Yesenia the field supervisor worked very well with us to accommodate in getting the correct EI for us that we felt comfortable with.
