"I have a great doctor there so I would give this place 5 stars. However I have had multiple occasions where the receptionists have been a bit defensive and snippy with me to the point where I have to be the one to calm the situation down and tell them everything is ok. Nothing too upsetting but just enough to have it be uncomfortable and make me want to write a review considering this is a place for mental health. I realize everyone has their issues but still. When my main doctor was gone on vacation I had a sub doctor who was surprisingly condescending and borderline rude to me. I’m not a reactionary individual so this was very odd for me and left me feeling vulnerable and shocked. This is very frightening when the individual determines whether you get your medication. I wasn’t getting my blood work done and that was my fault. However that is no reason to be unprofessional and treat me with attitude. I would never do that to someone else because I know the emotional impact it has on some people. Oh well. My main doctor is awesome. Thanks for being so good at your job."

"I recommend that you steer clear of this clinic as it is extremely unprofessional and dangerous. I was with this clinic without any issue for multiple years. After an insurance change I came back and was given a nurse Chesla VarDicK. During the last telepointment she kept threatening to hang up on me, and then did 5 minutes into the appointment. Childish behavior for this clinic, it wasn't like this in the past. Never have I had a professional hang up or refuse to explain the reasoning behind a decision. Will be reporting this incident to the board of psychiatry HR."

"Dr Mendiola and his staff are amazing! I was hesitant to start TMS, nonetheless, it has been the best decision in treating my anxiety. I now prefer it to oral medication. It has helped me feel “like myself” again. I honestly recommend that everyone give it a try. I truly believe that you won’t regret it.
